I feel the same way – all of the major hardship (which is relative, I know) I have been through has been made more bearable by the support of friends (and family). I also have the advantage of my faith, which makes a huge difference. I don't know how some people get through hard times without faith.

I love that you stuck counting the blessings in – some many times we hear about managing “issues” but i really think that if we actually pay attention to how good we have it…

of course there are times that our problems are serious – that's when our friends are so important i can point to many times where i would not have wanted to continued without the support of my friends…
